SERVICES TO OWNERS AND MANAGERS It is unfortunate but true that, in 9 cases out of 10, the last persons to acknowledge that they have a serious business problem are the executives of the company. Whether this is due to a failure to focus on the relevant issues, or not being able to see the forest because of the trees, no one is sure.
