ROBERT N. SEIDMAN Mr. Seidman has served as Senior Partner or President of R.N. Seidman & Partners, Ltd. and its predecessor companies since their inception. He holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School and a BBA degree from The City University of New York. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a CPA. In addition to serving as a Turnaround Consultant to underperforming and troubled businesses, he has held the posts of Interim CEO and Interim CFO at many such companies. In the 1980's, he along with others, acquired, operated and eventually sold a group of troubled companies in the Business to Business Direct Marketing and Business Forms industries. Prior to devoting his full time to assisting troubled businesses, Mr. Seidman was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Applied Devices Corp. an AMEX conglomerate on the verge of bankruptcy. Mr. Seidman authored and implemented an operational and financial restructuring plan which avoided bankruptcy filing and brought the company to profitability within six months. A notable part of this restructuring was conversion of a direct government loan to Convertible Preferred Stock of the company- the first such transaction in the U.S. Mr. Seidman's early career was spent in the field of Public Accounting with the firms of BDO/Seidman and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Seidman is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of the New Jersey Chapter of The Turnaround Management Association and is a past president of the Harvard Business School Club of New Jersey. In 1997, the firm of R.N. Seidman & Partners, Ltd. was presented with the award for Turnaround of The Year by The New Jersey Chapter of The Turnaround Management Association.
